Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your frekkle, but if you aren't, please email us at katie@frekkle.co.uk

Orders can be returned undamaged and unused with no signs of wear to:

frekkle London, 4 Luxor Street, London, SE5 9QN.

We reserve the right to deny the return if the item is not in its original condition.
Once returned, a refund will be processed to your original payment method - this may take up to 5 working days.

We are a very small business and this means we can’t cover the cost of return postage. Please ensure you send returns with your name and order number visible.
